Stitches coming out
We are three weeks post-op after removing screws that caused an infection in Andrew’s foot. Stitches come out at the Shriners Hopsital in Springfield on Thursday. His first able bodied New England race will be on Saturday and he will head to Canada for speed training next Wed. Making up for lost time.
Getting ready for Mount Hood, OR
Andrew is headed to Mount Hood to start his training for the 2012-2013 season. He is flying out by himself and meeting coaches he met in Colorado and training with them for a week. We wish you well Andrew. Have a safe and productive trip.

Been going to the gym two to three times a week now and working with a trainer. I feel like i am getting much stronger and that i am much more well prepared for this ski season. Made High honors this year and just got an award for it. Getting ready for my first fundraiser in about a week, at the Outback in Enfield Connecticut. The fundraiser is coming up on the ninth.
April twentysecond
Had a good season this year, got a total of five gold medals, and junior racer of the year. Now that the ski season is over for now, I have had time to get to my new blog, and have had plenty of time for dry land training. I have a personal trainer now and we have made a lot of progress with strength training. Also, I have my first fundraiser coming up in June on the ninth, at Outback Steakhouse, 98 Elm St, Enfield, CT 06082-3732.
